Each item of Susannah Aynsley's jewellery is made from high quality silver and gold and hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay office to the British Hallmarking Standard. Every piece comes carefully packed in it's own presentation box. This jewellery is not produced en masse - each item is designed and made individually to order.

First orders and overseas orders are invoiced pro-forma.
Further orders are 30 days unless otherwise stated.

There will be a delivery period of 4 to 8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

Ownership of goods is retained until full payment is received.

There are three delivery options :-
  • Royal Mail insured delivery at a cost of £6 plus VAT
  • Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3 plus VAT
    (NOTE that this is not insured and will be at the customers own risk).
